Audio Visual - Own Photographs

This week we was asked to use manuel settings to take some photos off we wasn't given a theme to follow, therefore I went into my backgarden and found the most random thing that I saw.

I took the photo in RAW meaning they are big images.

Photo 1.

This was my first image it is meant to be a dandelion however, for this photo I set the ISO Speed to 6400 as a result of this there is a lot of noise within the photo so you can't see anything.

Photo 2.
With this photo you can see that the shutter speed and aperture is low because of the amount of light within the picture, this is what happens when you over expose something

Photo 3.
This photo was taken with slow shutter speed and low aperture, I like this photo it probably one of the best I have taken, this has also been taken with a ISO speed of 100 which is the lowest you can go with before it sets the ISO Automatically.

Photo 4.
This photo was taken with a perfect balance between apature, shutter speed and ISO speed, meaning this is exactly how I saw this through my eye.

I also took some more photos with a really fast shutter speed and low aperture however, this didn't quite work and resulted in the camera just capturing black from where it was taking the photo.

Anyway I rather enjoyed doing this.

On tuesday I have a trip to the botanical gardens to the national botanical gardens of wales, I shall be taking some more pictures there and posting them within this blog.
